In this episode, Kevin and Steph are joined by Traci Kelly-Brake to have a very serious conversation about mental health. This year, the United States alone, over one million people attempted suicide and over fifty thousand managed to take their own lives. That’s an average of one hundred and thirty people a day.

The subject of mental health has always been stigmatized and people who look for help are seen asย weak by other people in society. Thankfully, as we become more empathetic and open as a generation, we have the opportunity to normalize seeking help. Traci Kelly-Brakeย courageously shares her story of the trials of living with a spouse battling depression and gives a warning to listeners as to what could happen.

We hope you enjoyed this episode of Tell Us a Good Story and we will see you next time.
