In this episode, Kevin and Steph have a very heartwarming conversation with one of the kindest people who have ever been on the show, Rose Mauck, who at seventy years old was recently featured in The Columbus Dispatch for her card project.

Rose Mauck is known as the “card angel” to everyone who knows her. Mauck’s late husband was in the military and she wants to do something to give back to all the families of the people serving. She’s known to make over two thousand handcrafted cards each year to send to organizations that support the military, patients in hospice care, military veterans, and children of the Catholic parishes back in her hometown.

Mauck makes the cards out of pure and unadulterated kindness and a want to help provide if even a little hope and happiness for the people who are missing their loved ones.
