From personal tragedy as a child to working with Nobel Peace Prize Winners, Kemy Joseph has some incredible stories to share with us. Along with setting up multiple non-profit organizations and becoming a nationally known professional speaker, Joseph might be one of the “nicest guys in the world”.
After receiving a full-ride scholarship to the University of Miami, Joseph joined a campus club called ‘Random Acts of Kindness’. While collecting articles of clothing for the homeless, Joseph decided to start handing out “free hugs, high fives, and peaceful pounds” to strangers. Their reactions to him were shocking.
Today, Joseph shares how he turned anger as a child into kindness, his World Kindness Tour experience, and gives parents some tips on how to discuss race with their children.
Hope you enjoy this episode of Tell Us a Good Story and we will see you next time!
