This week’s guest is another dream interview for Kevin + Steph. They had the opportunity to talk to the brand new head coach of the North Carolina women’s field hockey team, Erin Matson.

For those not familiar with the sport, Erin is known as “The Michael Jordan of College Field Hockey”. After winning FOUR national championships at North Carolina, her legendary coach, Karen Shelton, retired and UNC named Erin as her replacement…at the age of 22!

Does she have the team address her as “Coach”? What about the players who are also her roommates? When traveling on recruiting trips, can she even rent her own car? And has she ever met Michael Jordan?
